Payment For Work Done During Your Rest Day

Five important pieces of information to know about payment for work done during the weekly rest!
1.According to the Israeli court ruling, every home-based caregiver is entitled to a weekly rest which consists of at least 25 consecutive hours.
2.In case you worked during the weekly rest, you are entitled to an additional payment.
3.The employee is free to stay at the patient's residence or wherever he/she decides.
4.The employee is exempt from all duties towards the patient during his rest leave.
5.The total payment for working on the weekly rest caregiver is 361.68 NIS.

*תשלום בגין עבודה במהלך המנוחה השבועית*
חמישה דברים שחשוב לדעת על השכר בגין עבודה במהלך המנוחה השבועית:
1.עובד בסיעוד בייתי במתכונת של העסקה מלאה זכאי למנוחה שבועית בת 25 שעות רצופות.
2.ככל שהעובד עבד במנוחתו השבועית הוא זכאי לתשלום נוסף בגין 25 שעות.
3.במהלך חופשת המנוחה יכול העובד על פי רצונו לשהות בבית המטופל או מחוצה לו.
4.בזמן חופשת מנוחתו פטור המטפל מכל עבודה ומחויבות למטופל.
5.סך התשלום בגין עבודה במהלך המנוחה השבועית הינו – 361.68 ₪.
