CALCULATIONS OF SOCIAL RIGHTS BY YEAR

Valid Starting JULY 2016

The calculations are for Recuperation and Vacation days (Annual Leave) only. In addition, every worker is entitled each year to 9 holidays (festivals) according to his/her religion/nationality . If the worker took more than 9 holidays, the extra should be deducted from the total number of vacation days. Each holiday is at least 25 hours long.
